Orange Islands map
In this 2007 edit, you mentioned that there was a map of the Orange Islands bundled with a DVD. Would you happen to remember any details about which DVD it was bundled with? Would it have been one of the 2002-2003 US DVD releases, or was it from another country or season? Because I haven't been able to find any evidence of a map being included with those DVDs.
