- Sometimes given from the girl in the westernmost house in Pastoria City.
- Rarely (5% chance) found on wild Gible, Gabite or Garchomp
Growth and Harvest

Generation IV
Haban Berries mature from planted seed to a full-grown, fruit-bearing tree in 72 hours, with 18 hours per stage. A Haban Tree will yield 1-5 Berries.
Poffin Cooking
At 100% performance, a Haban Berry can produce a Level 26 Bitter Poffin when cooking alone.
