Stat Influences
Hypothetically, if two Squirtle, both Lv. 100, one with higher Special Attack, use Water Gun on a Lv. 100 Poliwhirl with Water Absorb, will the one with higher Special Attack restore more HP? NotSteve 0_o 18:39, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
Whirlpool damage?

The page says: "Multi-strike moves, such as Water Shuriken, will only activate the Ability once"
