Floatzel (Japanese: フローゼル Flowsel) is a Water-type Pokémon.
Biology
Physiology
Floatzel appears to be based off of an otter or weasel, with two pointed blue fins on its arms and two tails, as with its pre-evolution, Buizel. The yellow flotation device it had as a Buizel appears to have grown and now functions as a boat. It gives the impression of a swimmer with a towel draped around its shoulders. If Floatzel laid on its back, the structure round its neck could also be interpreted as a sort of inflatable dinghy using its tails much like its pre-evolution, as a propeller and its fins as oars. These small fins on Buizel's forelimbs grown into full-fledge fins that are used for a razor wind attack.
Gender differences
From back view, the males have two white spots and the females only have one
Special abilities
Floatzel's abilities are basically the same as Buizel's, only stronger. Floatzel can now attack with Crunch and Ice Fang. As a fully evolved Pokémon, it can learn Hyper Beam and Giga Impact.

Trivia
Origin
Floatzel is based off an otter, which is in the same family as weasels. Although, it has the strength, speed and appearance of Crash Bandicoot, despite the two tails.
Name origin
Floatzel's name comes from the words float and weasel.
Its Japanese name may come from the English words flow and weasel. Its German name, Bojelin, comes from Boje and Hermelin. Its French name, Mjsteflott, comes from mustélidé and flotter. Korean name is a slight variation of its Japanese name, made easier for Koreans to pronounce.
