Milotic (Japanese: ミロカロス Milokaross) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It is part of the EX Hidden Legends expansion.
Card text
Once during your turn, when you play Milotic from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon, you may remove all damage counters from all of your Pokémon and your opponent's Pokémon (excluding Pokémon-ex).

Distorted Wave's Japanese name is that of Bewilder, a Warrior Skill later introduced in Pokémon Conquest.
