The Mayor's Note (Japanese: しちょうのてがみ Mayor's Letter) is a Key Item exclusive to Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.

Effect
The Mayor's Note contains an incomplete message from Mayor Trest to Justy regarding Cipher's invasion of Phenac City. After obtaining it, the player becomes able to challenge the disguised Cipher Peons around the city.
