The Space Balm (Japanese: そらのシズメダマ Quelling Ball of Space) is a Key Item introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Effect

During Mission 18: "The Counterpart", if the player chose Adaman during Mission 13: "Disaster Looming", Space Balms are used to calm the frenzied Palkia in its Origin Forme. Throwing enough Space Balms to quell it allows the player to catch it with the Origin Ball. They are also usable in post-game rematches against it. Space Balms will leave the player's satchel upon completing the fight.
