Trivia
- Courtney & Camerupt are the only sync pair available in the general sync pair scout that can create a type-based zone.
- They were also the first sync pair that can set a zone by using their sync move.
- In her sync pair story, Courtney reveals that her Camerupt was given to her by Maxie.
- All versions of Courtney use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon). Those Trainers include Maxie and Archie.
- Courtney is the only admin of a villainous team to be made playable during their region's respective villain event.
Origin
Courtney's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Camerupt is Courtney's signature Pokémon in Pokémon Omega Ruby, with it being able to Mega Evolve during the events of the Delta Episode. Camerupt's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ruby.
