Team Go-Getters (Japanese: ガンバルズ Ganbarus) is the main team in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Team Go-Getters Out of the Gate!. The team is made up of a Chikorita, Charmander, and a boy who turned into a Squirtle.
History
Squirtle, a human that became a Pokémon, decided to join Team Go-Getters along with Charmander and Chikorita. At first, he had trouble using his Water Gun attack, which made him sad. The team got their first real mission to save a Pichu and his big brother, Pikachu from a very territorial Skarmory. After going through many trials, such as a cave full of PoisonPowder-using Shroomish and Team Meanies, the team saved the brothers and defeated Skarmory, with Squirtle finally mastering Water Gun.
