:I highly doubt a resembelance between Sharpedo and the Gameshark logo is intentional, but the Gameshark came first. Why does Pokémon Emerald reference it as the 'Gangster of the Sea' if, as every older fan knows, Tentacreul was also deemed the 'Gangster of the Sea' a long time ago in the pokédex and in the episode Tentacool and Tentacreul? Is Sharpedo more mischevious or more feared now? (I predict a challenge.) -Professor DJM
Or maybe that Tentacruel are more scarce in the Hoenn region, making Sharpedo a bigger problem.--Pokencyclopedia 15:17, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
