Will is a member of the Elite Four in the Generation II games. He is the 1st of the five trainers one must battle after defeating all eight Gym Leaders of Johto.
His Pokemon are:
Xatu - Lv. 40
Exeggutor - Lv. 41
Slowbro - Lv. 41
Jynx - Lv. 41
Xatu - Lv. 42
The other three members of the Elite Four in Generation II are: Koga, Bruno, and Karen. The Champion is Lance.
