- Ash's Pikachu meets a herd of wild Pikachu and befriends them.
Party changes
- Ash's Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Oddish appear for the first time in You Gotta Have Friends. Their capture is not shown, instead, there is a notice at the bottom of the panel saying that "Ash has been busy since the last comic!".
