Capella joined up with the series after the dubbing of the series was put under the control of The Pokémon Company International (known at that time as Pokémon USA). Since then, he has voiced several different characters for the series. His most notable roles are that of Tracey and Giovanni, both of which were originally done by Ted Lewis. He played Giovanni in Two Degrees of Separation! and Malice in Wonderland!. As of The Thief That Keeps On Thieving!, Ted Lewis returned to the role.
