The next time you start an article, give it more substance. I've heard that the maximum time that can be set in a saved file is 999:57. What happens when my game reaches that - does the time just reset, or will my saved game delete itself? Needless to say, battles losing by running out of usable Pokémon are fairly common place material. I was wondering if there should be separate list dedicated (new page) to just these events (similar to the 10th Anniversary and Jeremy). There was 5 different distributions, with each one containing different Pokémon. Each Pokémon had the OT of フクオカ, オ-サカ, ナゴヤ, サッポロ, トウキョ- or ヨコハマ depending of the Pokémon Center it was obtained from. The style is decided by the Heads of the various fields of the franchise. So yes, you are allowed to edit whatever without having to ask, but if it has to do with something major to a project, you need to bring it up with the Head of that section or project. They are in charge of the movement of that field, and they look over the work that is done and make major decisions. As such, they always have a good reason to do something, and their opinion should be respected. If you disagree, you may bring it up with them (Third time). That's democracy, and before you say it's unfair, this is how most governments work. It's similar to the Cabinet in government being in charge of various fields of the economy. They're in charge of making the big decisions that they feel are best for the economy, and the citizens. If you disagree, you're allowed to voice your opinion to them. But to go against them without due process could get you arrested. I fail to see how this is any different. If you're still confused, then it can't be helped. If you're making personal edits to your talk, like giving it its own style, I think it should count towards userspace edits. But if you're just responding to messages, then no, it shouldn't count.
