Misty Explosion (Japanese: ミストバースト Mist Burst) is a damage-dealing Fairy-type move introduced in Generation VIII.

Misty Explosion inflicts damage and causes the user to faint. Under Misty Terrain, Misty Explosion's base power is raised by 1.5×, making it 150.

Misty Explosion cannot be used when a Pokémon with the Ability Damp is on the field.

Misty Explosion cannot be selected in a battle.

Generation IX

Misty Explosion is programmed into Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, but cannot be selected in a battle as no available Pokémon can learn it. However, it can be called by Metronome.
