Juggler (Trainer class)
A Juggler (Japanese: ジプシージャグラー Gypsy Juggler in Generations I and II, ジャグラー Juggler in Generations III and IV) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation I games. They are depicted as slim young men in flashy costumes, juggling Poké Balls.
They specialize in using Mr. Mime, as well as Selfdestructing ball Pokémon like Voltorb, keeping with their circus theme, similar to the Clown class. They are fond of constantly switching out their Pokémon in battle.
A famous Juggler line (upon being defeated), from the Generation II games, was "Oops, dropped my balls!". This statement caused endless snickers in the fandom. This trainer was found on Route 35. This same Juggler in Crystal would call the player if the player was female and would proceed to have conversations with her, more-so than any other trainer in the game.
Oddly enough, among the Team Rocket Grunts and Team Rocket scientists in Silph Co. is Juggler Dalton, who attacks the player like any grunt, exclaiming that kids shouldn't be here. He battles the player with a Kadabra and a Mr. Mime. After the battle, he says that it's a long way to his boss, indirectly referring to Giovanni, which hints that Dalton is associated with Team Rocket (though is clearly not a grunt). He is also the only Team Rocket member not belonging to either the Team Rocket or Scientist trainer class.

Trivia
- Strangely, in Generation I, there are two identical Juggler classes in the game's code, at hex D5 and DD.
- The HeartGold and SoulSilver sprite for Juggler is an edited version of its FireRed and LeafGreen sprite.
- Juggler is the only trainer class not to retain its original title from Generation II in HeartGold and SoulSilver. That is probably because "Gypsy Juggler" might sound racist to some.
