James's Victreebel (Japanese: コジロウのウツボット Kojiro's Utsubot) was a Pokémon acquired by James of Team Rocket during his journey through Johto.

In the episode Here's Lookin' at You, Elekid, James is pushed into trading his old Victreebel for a Weepinbell by Jessie and Meowth after the Magikarp salesman cons them by saying they can use its Sweet Scent to capture Pokémon. Later in the episode this Weepinbell evolves into Victreebel, and bites down on Jessie much lika the previous Victreebel did with James). This causes her to kick it away. At the same time the Magikarp salesman realizes that James's original Victreebel will not obey him, and he abandons it. The two Victreebel meet, fall in love, and skip off into the forest.
