Release information

This card was included in the Diamond & Pearl expansion with artwork by Ken Sugimori, first released in the Japanese Space-Time Creation expansion. It was reprinted as one of the DP Black Star Promos with different artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita, released in June 2008 as one of two cards available in the Majestic Dawn Three Pack Blisters. The Japanese version was available as part of the Trade Please DP event held at venues hosting the 25th Next Generation World Hobby Fair in January and February 2007. Visitors could trade any 1 Pokémon card (including International cards and Japanese cards with a classic reverse) with attendants present at the Pokémon booth for 1 of 8 promotional cards at random. Promotional cards, Trainer cards, and Energy cards were specifically excluded from the trade. A promotional version of the Diamond & Pearl print with a gold foil snowflake stamp was one of 24 cards released in the Pokémon Countdown Calendar in October 2008.
