Emily Williams (born Emlyn Elisabeth Williams Morinelli), is an American voice actress for the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime. She is sometimes credited as Emlyn Morinelli, Elisabeth Williams or Anna Morrow.

Williams joined the series when Pokémon USA and TAJ Productions took over the dubbing and distribution of the anime. Her most prominent roles are that of Zoey and Officer Jenny.
