Does this page have a specific reason to exist? Especially when it wasn't even finished?And it hasn't even been updated in those years. This page and Orville's, are past the point of being reviewed. Hikaru Wazana (talk) 01:21, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
- Horacio is Sophocles's rival and his Vikovolt is his signature. Vikavolt also had a notable appearance where it did something outside of battling (its second appearance). Therefore, it meets the third criteria. Orville meets rule 7 of the criteria as it's a Pokémon of the day, it was the main plot of its episode. Please read and understand the criteria carefully, otherwise this comes off as you being salty that Leon's Cbarizard isn't notable.--ForceFire 06:13, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
