Swampert (Japanese: ラグラージ Laglarge) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon card. It is part of the EX Ruby & Sapphire expansion.
Card text
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may attach a
Energy card from your hand to your Active Pokémon. This power can't be used if Swampert is affected by a Special Condition.

Origin
Water Call's Japanese name is that of Storm Drain, an Ability later introduced in the Generation IV Pokémon games that Swampert cannot have.
