Request 10 details

So, I just noticed that I didn't have Request 10 in my mission log (I have just cleared the final King). When I was looking at the requirements, it seems to imply that you have to first complete Cascoon's Pokedex entry before Beauregard's Cascoon will evolve, but it has been evolved on my game for a long time (I don't remember when it happened) but I only just barely finished Cascoon's entry. It looks like that evolution is triggered by something else, probably a certain progression in the story, and is actually a prerequisite to unlocking the mission? I think the description of what needs done should be a bit better noted, like a bullet list. Not sure if others would just revert it, so I'm not making that change at this moment.
