Legendary Gauntlet
The Legendary Gauntlet (Japanese: レジェンドアドベンチャー Legend Adventure) is an Epic Battle Event, which is a limited-time event featuring three Legendary Arena battles. Players are challenged to complete consecutive win streaks against the Legendary Pokémon, with battles being identical to the Part 3 battle (Very Hard difficulty) of the respective Legendary Arena. The player can battle the boss with multiple teams, and sync pairs that have participated once cannot be used in a team again. Players can choose the order in which the Legendary Pokémon battles are completed. Defeating all three will give the player the opportunity to attempt them again with the opponents' conditions reset.
Players can completely reset the Legendary Gauntlet, but doing so will reset the consecutive win count to zero.
In January 2023, a win streak ranking system was added to the Legendary Gauntlet. A player's win streak is automatically recorded, along with the total number of sync pairs used and the teams they used to complete each stage. These listings include the level, number of ★'s, and move level for all sync pairs used in each battle (excluding the seventh Gauntlet, where the displayed move level only factored in move level increases acquired by using move candies, not by acquiring extra copies of a sync pair). A player's longest consecutive win streak will be compared to the win streaks of all other players across the globe, and they can check their ranking and team history on the Win Streak Leaderboard at any time for the duration of the challenge period. However, a rank is only displayed if the player's streak is within the top 10,000 streaks in the world; otherwise, their rank will be listed as "Unranked". Additionally, the Win Streak Leaderboard allows players to see the win streaks of the top 100 ranked players, and they can check the teams these players used as well. (Prior to April 2024, a rank was only displayed if the player's streak placed them within the top 5,000 players.)
When the challenge ends, the results are hidden for a few days to verify the final results; once these are posted, players can check them for up to a week. Starting from April 2024, players can earn event titles for a gauntlet based on their place in the leaderboard.
Rewards
The player will earn rewards based on the number of consecutive wins. Gauntlet Rewards include 1★, 2★, and 3★ Deluxe Lucky Cookies and drop randomly after completing a battle, with the drop rate increasing according to the win streak. One to three 3★ Crunchy, Creamy, Crispy, and/or Chewy Lucky Cookies can drop as Battle Rewards after completing any battle. Event Rewards are fixed rewards based on the win streak, allowing players to earn rewards such as 3★ Deluxe Lucky Cookies, Move Candy Coins, Battle Points, and 5★ Power-Up Tickets. Guaranteed Lucky Cookies can only be obtained as Event Rewards. Starting from the 12th Gauntlet, Skill Feathers were added as additional Event Rewards.

These rewards have been awarded to players in Legendary Gauntlets starting from the twelfth Gauntlet (since December 8, 2023). The number of the Guaranteed Lucky Cookie obtained changes for each Gauntlet.

These rewards were awarded to players in the first eleven Legendary Gauntlets (January 20, 2022 to October 30, 2023). The number of the Guaranteed Lucky Cookie obtained changed for each Gauntlet.
Titles
Starting from the fourteenth Legendary Gauntlet (April 3, 2024), players can earn event titles as prestige rewards for finishing a Legendary Gauntlet within the top 10,000 players in the world. A player will receive titles for all ranks beneath their own; for example, a player who finishes within the top 3,000 will earn the Top 3,000 title, the Top 5,000 title, and the Top 10,000 title. Event titles are awarded the first time the player logs in after the results have been finalized.

Trivia
- Cresselia and Raikou are the only Legendary Arena opponents who have never appeared in a Legendary Gauntlet.
- The fourth Legendary Gauntlet was originally scheduled to run from July 25 to August 9, 2022. However, it was quickly discovered that there was a bug in the Uxie's Challenge: Part 3 stage, causing the status shield it sets up to be applied permanently instead of temporarily. To fix this bug, the 2.23.0 update changed the gauntlet to end on July 29, and a new version of the gauntlet with the issue resolved ran from July 29 to August 19, 2022. All players received 500 non-paid Gems as compensation.
- Because win streak rewards were reset in the new version of the gauntlet, players could earn all the win streak rewards twice by getting a streak of 10 or more in both the original version and the new version of the gauntlet.
- Registeel is the only Legendary Arena opponent to appear in a Legendary Gauntlet on the same day it was added to the Legendary Arena.
