Time was not implemented in Generation I
Generation II
- Daisy will massage the players Pokémon between 3:00 and 4:00 pm
Trainer Classes
- Officers will only challenge the player at night from 8:00 pm to 3:59 am
Generation III
- The tides in Shoal Cave depend on the time of day. It is low tide from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm to 3:00 am, and high tide from 3:00 pm to 9:00 am
and 3:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Generation IV
- Daisy will massage the players Pokémon between 3:00 and 4:00 pm
Trainer classes
- Joggers will only challenge the player in the morning from 4:00 to 9:59 am.
- Officers will only challenge the player at night from 8:00 pm to 3:59 am
