They also have a black collar around their neck with two small white patterns on it, and two band-like black markings on their arms.

Special abilities
Granbull has notably powerful, pronounced, and prominient jaws, capable of immense crushing power, which Granbull uses to peform attacks such as Bite, Crunch, and the Elemental Fang trio. Granbull can Intimidate most Pokémon by opening its mouth wide to reveal its fangs.
Behavior
Despite appearing fierce-looking they are actually very timid, loyal and playful. The jaws are so heavy that the Pokémon have trouble keeping their heads up. Unless Granbull is startled, it will try not to bite indiscriminately. If attacked, Granbull will flail about to fend off its attacker.

Granbull has had its color changed in every generation. In Gold and Silver, its fur was pink and in Crystal it was changed to purple. In GenerationIII, its color darkened. In Diamond and Pearl and Platinum, its purple was darkened even more. In HeartGold and SoulSilver, its color was drastically tinted to a more pinkish color, much pinker than its official artwork.
Its Shiny coloration's color also changes, though GenerationIV's alternate colored sprites all stayed the same color.
