Lucario, My Favorite Pokémon Ever!

My Bio

Hello All, my name is Dan, but here on the World Wide Web I go by the name JediKnightDTV. I have been a fan of Pokémon ever since Generation I, when my brother and I first got Red and Blue way back when. I played through Red, and he played through Blue. I eventually stole it from him after he got tired of it, and re-started it and played through it again. Those were the only two versions where I ever completed the entire Pokédex. When Yellow came out, I played through that too, and had a lot of fun doing it. Then came the days of Generation II, and I had lots of fun journeying through Johto, in Gold, Silver and Crystal. Then we moved on to Generation III, and I personally loved the vastness of Hoenn, and the amazing variety of new Pokémon that could be found in Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. I also loved the nostalgia that came from playing through Kanto again in FireRed and LeafGreen. Finally, we came to Generation IV. The journey through Sinnoh was delightful, and Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum were better than I could even have imagined. When HeartGold and SoulSilver came out, I was ecstatic, and the nostalgia of playing though Johto again is priceless. I look forward with great anticipation to Generation V and the release of Black and White here in the U.S., and I cannot wait to begin a new journey through the Isshu region. I have also been an avid watcher of the Anime, ever since the original series, and I hardly ever miss an episode. Ash and Pikachu are my favorite characters, and always have been. Brock comes in a close second, I am going to miss him. The rest of his friends are a distant third, at best. I am looking forward with great anticipation to the Best Wishes saga, and Ash and Pikachu's new journey through Isshu, and all the new friends that they will make along the way.

Even though I am new to Bulbapedia, and to editing Wikis in general, I am excited to contribute to this vast repository of knowledge regarding one of my two favorite hobbies, Pokémon. The other, as you can probably guess from my username, is Star Wars. I absolutely love Star Wars, and have been a fan almost as long as I have been a fan of Pokémon. In fact, I have almost a whole bookcase dedicated to Star Wars novels, which I collect, in my room at home. When I was a kid, (oh heck, let's be honest here, I still do) I used to dream about growing up to be a Jedi Knight, (well, either that or a Pokémon Trainer) and thus, the username was born.

I have a lot of stuff going on in my life right now, among them school, work, etc., so my edits will be infrequent at best. However, if you want to get ahold of me, feel free to edit my talk page, and I will know, and get back to you as soon as I can. Just a note about using any of my templates on your own userpage. Please feel free to do so. However, I ask you do two simple things first: ask me on my talkpage first, BEFORE you just up and take the code, and second, change it significantly to suit your own tastes. In general, it is not necessary to credit me, however if you want to, I won't say no.

My Contributions

In this section, will be all articles started or significantly improved by me. Since most of my edits so far have been minor, as I am still learning wiki-code, there is nothing here yet. I am planning on writing summaries for all of the anime episodes of the Diamond and Pearl series that need them, starting as soon as I can, when I have time. Due to my busy school/work schedule, I have set a modest goal for myself of writing one episode summary a week to start off with. I will see how that works out, and then adjust accordingly.
