In Japan, this card was awarded to those who participated in the preliminary round of the 2008 Battle Road Spring Tournament in March 2008 as well as the Challenge Hiroba Tournament in the following November. The English version of this card was released alongside Magnezone in November 2008 for the Stormfront Blister Pack.
