Can someone explain to me why Cacturne TM moves like "Hyper Beam" and "Bullet Seed" have different PP numbers?
For instance, "Hyper Beam" should be 5, but it says 15, and "Bullet Seed" should be 10, but it says 30.
I thought it might be some ability that Cacturne has, but then why it only affects some moves and not others?
Bottom-line, unless someone has an explanation for this, I'll have to assume the page needs editing/fixing.
