A Battle Girl (Japanese: バトルガール Battle Girl) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. They are generally depicted as young women, dressed in belly baring crop trops, or traditional Kung Fu uniforms in Black and White, and striking a fighting pose.

They tend to specialize in Template:Type2 Pokémon.

The character Shauna from the episodes A Meditite Fight! and Just One of the Geysers is based on this class.

In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, a nearly identical sort of Trainer called Crush Girl (Japanese: かくとうむすめ Fighting Girl) appeared.
