I don't understand this line. Transform copies IVs for the purpose of hidden power, while stats are copied directly (except for HP, which uses the users). Does Eccentric differ from this in any way?--Deuxhero 04:56, 11 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Imposter Item

If a ditto has the ability imposter, and its item is Quick Powder (The ones that doubles speed) will the item still take effect after Ditto is transformed?
