About Myself

My real name is Samantha Galipo. I've been a Pokémon fan since 1999. That's about a year after it came out in the U.S. I'm 21 years old, that means I was 13 when I started getting in to Pokémon. =P I also go under the names of SonicAngel948 and SatoshiSonic948. As you my have guess by those two names I'm also a Sonic the Hedgehog fan.

I'm a fan of both the games and the anime. Ironically it was the anime I got into first before I played the game.

When I play the games, I usually name myself Sammy because Sam sounds too much like a guy and Samantha will not fit by one letter. *shakes fist*. I usually specialize in Water, Ice, Grass and my favorite Ghost Pokémon. I also get Fire types fairly often mostly because they're a necessity. I also have a tendency to nickname all my Pokémon, but only if they're going to be on my team. I don't name every single one of them.

• Napoleon - After Napoleon Boneparte. The basis for this Pokémon
• Yuka - Japanese name meaning fragrant or friendly blossom
• Kaguya - After an evil villian from Sailor Moon. She was also a villian on Inuyasha.
• Hellgar - the Japanese name for Houndoom. =P
• Hikari - Japanese name meaning light. Named after character Hikari.
• Avion - A corruption of the word avian which relates to birds.
