Route 125 (Japanese: １２５ばんすいどうSea Route 125) is a short north-south water route located to the north of Mossdeep City in northeast Hoenn. The northern terminus of the route is at Shoal Cave. The southern terminus is at the north edge of Mossdeep.
Roughly 20 paces north of Mossdeep City, Route 125 conceptually splits into two paths. The west "path" heads to the northwest, passing two islands before reaching a shallow area of the route. At this location, trainers are allowed to dismount their Pokémon and enter Shoal Cave.
The east path passes three islands before ending at a dead end northeast of Shoal Cave.
A colored background means that the Pokémon can be found in this location in the specified game. A white background with a colored letter means that the Pokémon cannot be found here.
