Rusty is the name of Jasmine's Steelix in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver.Rusty makes his debut at level 35 in the player's official gym match against Jasmine,appearing to know the moves Iron Tail,Screech,Stealth Rock and Earthquake.Rusty makes his second appearance when the player rematches Jasmine at level 62,knowing the same moves.Finally,Rusty makes his last appearance when Jasmine offers to trade it for any Pokemon,the former holding a Sooth Bell.
