Personal information belongs on your user page which you can edit after you have proven yourself to be a constructive and productive editor. Secondly, Bulbapedia is not a guide, rather an encyclopedia. We just give general, unbias information. Not walkthroughs or advice on how to play the games. It is better to have no page than a one-sentence page. From what you wrote about King of the People of the Earth, I got the impression that you knew nothing about the character and simply wrote from the name.
