Riley (Japanese: リュウジ Ryūji) is Wanda's husband in Pokémon Adventures.

He first appears in VS. Absol, as the head of the construction crew in the Rusturf Tunnel, when it unexpectedly collapses on him due to earthquakes. Ruby rescues him.

He and Wanda are later married during the Emerald arc.

Trivia

  • Due to Coronis's translation of the manga, he is also known by the name Roger in the fan community.
  • Riley is based on Wanda's nameless boyfriend from Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, trapped on the west side of the Rock Smashable rocks in the Rusturf Tunnel.
