V-create (Japanese: Ｖジェネレート V-generate) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation V. It is debatably one of Victini's signature moves, the other being Searing Shot. Unlike Searing Shot, however, V-create is an event-exclusive move.

Effect

V-create deals damage. It also lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.

Description

Games Description BW With a hot flame on its forehead, the user hurls itself at its target. It lowers the user's Defense, Sp. Def, and Speed stats.

	Victini clenches its fists together and multiple tiny orbs of fire appear around Victini's face and spin around it. The orbs then disappear and three streams of red-yellow fire appear, two along side the edges of Victini's ears and one going up in between the two. The small streams of fire then merge so that Victini's ears are covered in a red-yellow fire in the shape of a 'V'. The fire bursts off, leaving behind a blazing yellow fire around its ears. Victini's body also starts to glow red and its eyes glow blue. Victini then flies forward and slams its body into the opponent. When the attack makes contact, a huge explosion occurs.

• V-create has the highest power of all Template:Type2 moves.
  • In addition, V-create has the highest set base power of all non-sacrificial moves.
  • If a Template:Type2 Pokémon has the ability Adaptability (which is not possible without hacking or cheating), is holding a Fire Gem, and uses V-create against a Pokémon that has a dual weakness to Fire (such as Abomasnow) while it is sunny, the move will reach a power of 3240, the highest possible.
• This move is one of Victini's animations in Pokédex 3D.
• V-create is the only move to have a basic Latin letter in its Japanese name.
