Bulbapedia talk:Autoconfirmed users

Can we change the first sentence to "An autoconfirmed user on Bulbapedia is a user who has automatically confirmed their email through their edits to the mainspace." or something like that? Privelige Problem

It says:

An autoconfirmed user can do the following: ... -Can edit their userpage.

I can't even create my userpage, so if someone could help me.

How many?

Addition to Abilities

I thought I'd mention that the ability to create pages isn't just userspace, it is the whole of Bulbapedia as I have experienced recently.
