Cleffa (Japanese: ピィ Py) is a Colorless-type Baby Pokémon card. It is one of the Wizards Black Star Promos.

This card was released as a Wizards Black Star Promotional card through Pokémon card leagues in February 2001. In Japan, it was included in the February 2000 issue of CoroCoro magazine. It also features the Gold, Silver, to a New World... set symbol, indicating that it is a promotional addition to the Japanese set.
