Teru-sama is a glitch item that appears in Generation II. It is, apparently, useless, as it doesn't seem to do anything at all. It can be sold for File:Pokébuck sign.gif19660, and kept in either the key items case, or the items one. Teru-sama is a data filler between actual items (like Missingno. is filler between Pokémon). In Japanese version this item is named カビチュウ Kabichū.

Teru-Sama, literally translated from Japanese, means "Mr/Mrs. Sunshine", coming from the words Teru (Sunshine or to Shine) and the suffix Sama (Mr/Mrs.).
