Twister (Japanese: たつまき Twister) is a damage-dealing Dragon-type move introduced in Generation II.
Effect
Twister inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of causing the target to flinch.
If Twister is used against a target in the semi-invulnerable turns of Fly or Bounce, Twister will deal double damage, similar to Gust.
Twister hits both opponents in a Double Battle. In a Triple Battle, Twister will only hit opposing adjacent Pokémon.
