The legendary golems are a trio of legendary Pokémon that appeared in the eighth Pokémon movie, Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.

Tornadus (Japanese: トルネロス Tornelos) appeared in Stopping the Rage of Legends! Part 1, Stopping the Rage of Legends! Part 2 and BW097 as Team Rocket's targets.

History

Stopping the Rage of Legends! Part 1 |desc=Tornadus, along with Thundurus and Landorus, was the target of the mission led by Dr. Zager on Milos Island. After Jessie and James destroyed its shrine, it appeared and waged a destructive battle against Thundurus. When Landorus was forced to enter the battle to stop it, Tornadus and Thundurus teamed up. However, when the three were weakened, Team Rocket appeared and trapped the three in energy fields, allowing Dr. Zager to capture them until his helicopter was damaged. After being freed, the three fought for a while longer before Landorus used its power to calm them, and they used their individual abilities to restore the fertility of the land; Tornadus summoned rain. The three then left Milos Island.

Registeel (Japanese: レジスチル Registeel) appeared in the eighth feature length Pokémon movie, Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.

History

Registeel was first seen destroying one of Kidd Summers's spy robots; protecting the Tree of Beginning.

Registeel later chased Team Rocket throughout the caves alongside Regirock it chased them until they met up with Ash and the others, and even up to the point where Lucario broke a stone bridge between them. However, Registeel and Regirock were able to catch up to the gang easily.

Registeel eventually caught up to Ash and Lucario and restraint Lucario while the Tree of Beginning's antibodies absorbed Ash and Kidd.

After Mew revived Ash and his friends from the Tree of Beginning's immune system, Registeel and the others left them alone.

Regice (Japanese: レジアイス Regice) appeared in the eighth feature length Pokémon movie, Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.

History

Regice first attacked Ash as he was running to be reunited with Pikachu, despite Ash trying to reason with it, Regice continued its attack, believing they were there to harm the Tree of Beginning.

It later attempted to attack Ash while he was running over a chasm to Pikachu.

After Mew revived Ash and his friends from the Tree of Beginning's immune system, Regice and the others left them alone.

In the games

The Two legendary Pokémon were distributed on December 16, 2011 to January 10, 2012 for Japanese players of Pokémon Black and White to commemorate their appearance in BW059 and BW060. Thundurus for players of Pokémon Black and Tornadus for players of Pokémon White.
