The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Changes button... Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Thanks! --Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 03:18, 16 September 2012 (UTC)

Undoing grammatical edits

I can understand your frustration with your additions to Bulbapedia being edited, but please refrain from undoing an entire edit when you only object to part of what was changed. Twice in the last few minutes, you've completely reverted edits I made which had perfectly acceptable grammatical corrections in addition to what you disagreed with. In the future, please just remove or re-add the part you object to, so grammatical corrections don't get reverted as well. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 08:05, 1 May 2013 (UTC)

Actually, if one of your edits gets removed. Do not immediately add it back, as that is edit warring and is not allowed. Go to the talkpage and explain why you think your edit should be there. In the event of a disagreement, the page should stay in its original state until a consensus is reached, not the other way around. Once a decision has been made, you may then add your edit back being careful not to undo any changes such as grammatical corrections. Thanks. Crystal Talian 08:14, 1 May 2013 (UTC)
