Jin (Japanese: ジン Jin) is a character of the day from the episode It's Still Rocket Roll to Me!. He is an astronaut, and is Rachel's husband and the father of Tate and Liza.
Jin was about to head into space when Team Rocket attacked. Max and Tate, along with a bunch of Baltoy and Tate's Solrock, were able to knock out Team Rocket, but the shuttle had already taken off. Jin helped to guide Max and Tate through the shuttle landing, and the two were able to land safely. At the end of the episode, Jin went up into space to look for new Pokémon.
