Quality

I don't think this is worth mentioning in the article, but I figure I'd put it here: the official soundtrack might well be the first one to have higher sound quality than the actual in-game tracks, as the in-game tracks are encoded as ~128kbps VBR AAC. If this soundtrack has a physical release (not just iTunes) then it will likely have been produced from the lossless masters. All other core game soundtracks prior to X/Y were tracked (ie similar to midi files), rather than audio streams. Dada (talk) 16:34, 6 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
