Release information
This Tretta was awarded as a prize at the Super! Mega Evolution Battle event held at the 41st Next Generation World Hobby Fair during winter 2015. The World Hobby Fair took place at the Nagoya Dome, Nagoya on January 18, 2015; at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on January 24 and 25, 2015; at the Fukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome, Fukuoka on February 1, 2015; and at the Kyocera Dome Osaka, Osaka on February 8, 2015.
Unlike previous challenge events, which featured a number of possible teams, the Super! Mega Evolution Battle only featured one, comprising Primal Kyogre, Primal Groudon, and Mega Rayquaza. Players who managed to achieve a victory against the team were awarded either this Tretta or a Primal Kyogre Tretta at random. All players were awarded a Sceptile Tretta as a participation prize. Players who managed to fill the Catch Gauge of all three opposing Pokémon were awarded an additional Sceptile Tretta. The team present at each Super! Mega Evolution Battle is detailed below.
