Clemont's Magneton (Japanese:) was one of the three gym Pokémon acquired by Clemont in the anime.

In the anime

History

Magneton first appeared in Clemont's got a Secret, serving as a patrol for the Lumiose Gym while Clembot was in control of it. It attacked the group and Fennekin battled it. It easily dodged Fennekin's Ember by temporarily separating itself into three Magnemite but was stopped by Froakie's Frubbles. It was left at the gym to help Clembot.

In XY063, Magneton was shown battling against Clemont in preparation for his upcoming Gym battle.

Personality and characteristics

Little is known about Magneton's personality. It has the ability to separate itself into three Magnemite.
