EP?

What does EP stand for?--KukiTalk 20:16, 19 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Episode... --ケンジガール 20:20, 19 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I mean AG and DP stand for two different words so I was confused what EP could be--KukiTalk 20:23, 19 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

What else could it have stood for?

Encyclopaediae Pokémonis? TTEchidna 06:26, 23 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
It actually stands for Episode. Some other t.v. series do that. But for the Pokemon series, they got bored of the EP after a while and changed it to AG(advanced generation) for their new generation (gen III). I'm 99% sure that's what it stands for. The other % is somewhere else far away from here...--Tavisource 06:41, 23 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
Well we're the ones who call it "EP"/"AG"/"DP". TTEchidna 07:42, 23 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Fandom name?

Where does "Original Series" come from? I believe (though I'm not sure) it is a name given by the fandom or... at least it is how we call these "seasons" but, if it isn't like "official" it should be stated that Original Series it's not an official name and that we came up with it. Advanced Generation and Diamond and Pearl (well, the last one might be OK since it comes from the japanese name of the seasons) and I don't know about AG. But my point is: Where did we take that name? We just named it... just because? Out of the nowhere only because "we have the need to name it differently from the latter seasons"? YukitoOoO 20:40, 3 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

It is the the original, it had the original cast, therefore it was the original series.--ForceFire 23:50, 3 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
That's SO not the right answer... YukitoOoO 02:41, 4 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Gallery

How come the other series have a gallery but this one doesn't? JacobtheDoduo (talk) 20:10, 30 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Pokémon advanced ?

I don't understand why Pokémon advanced has been added to the dub seasons, could you explain please?--LeoKetchumB (talk) 19:52, 10 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

The subtitles you see on screen don't always correspond with what the actual season is. The final 12 episodes of the Johto saga are given the Master Quest subtitle, but are technically part of Season 6. As you can see here. --HoennMaster 03:23, 11 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
Still seems confused to me but thank you for the answer. Also, the sentence "the series was divided into five seasons" is no longer good since it lists six, right?--LeoKetchumB (talk) 19:03, 11 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
