Talk page discussion

The issue isn't whether you're information was right, the issue is that you are replying to a conversation that is over 6 months old. As per Talk page policy, you mustn't reply to discussions over 6 months old unless the question asked was left unanswered. In you case, the user that asked is no longer around to see the answer, rendering your response pointless.--ForceFire 04:17, 11 December 2015 (UTC)

With all due respect I beg to differ on the importance of this answer, other users may want to know and the excepted answer is false, Bulbapedia only provides facts, which the excepted answer is not. Now do you see my point? I could just add it to Raichu's page instead, it would be fine there since Pikachu's page talks about it surfing.
