This card was included in the English Great Encounters expansion, first released in the Japanese Moonlit Pursuit expansion. It was later reprinted in the Japanese Dawn Dash expansion.

Trivia

• Felicity was never referred to by name in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, making this card the first official usage of her name. She shares this trait with Roseanne, whose name wasn't revealed until the release of Roseanne's Research. Both were subsequently named in Pokémon Platinum.
• The background of the card reads Kotobuki TV, including in translations outside of Japan.
