Any Pokémon can use Gigavolt Havoc if it knows an Electric-type move, holds an Electrium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Ring and has an Electrium Z.
Trivia
- The metric prefix "Giga" indicates 109. Based on the Japanese name of Thunderbolt (100,000 Volts), this move's voltage is 104 times greater.
